安全掲示板の別注対応
安全に貢献するキッカワ
キッカワは作業現場の安全を守るためのアイテム、安全掲示板を20年以上前より作ってきました。そして、その形・種類は累計で200を超え、作業現場のニーズに寄り添ったオーダー対応も数多く行ってきました。
事故は起こってしまうと取り返しがつきません。作業者の安全はもとより、事業者の事業継続に支障が生じないようにする体制作りに貢献できればと思います。
安全掲示板とは？
安全掲示板とは、工事現場事務所の近くに設置して、工事に必要な役に関する情報の掲示などを行うものです。
これは、労働安全衛生規則 第１編第２章第５節第１８条によるもので、「事業者は、作業主任者を選任したときは、当該作業主任者の氏名およびその者に行わせる事項を作業場の見やすい箇所に掲示する等により関係労働者に周知させなければならない。」とあり、義務となっています。
掲示する内容というのには決まりは特にないそうですが、一般的には、作業主任者などの情報を掲載して掲示することが多いようです。
作業主任者とは、労働安全衛生法とその関連法令により定められた労働災害防止に必要となる、役職です。
事業者が業務を労働者に担わせる際に、その業務の全部または一部に、「労働災害の危険や恐れ」がある場合、資格を満たす者を「作業主任者」として選任する必要があります。
その資格とは、関連する免許の取得者や、都道府県が行う技能講習修了者に与えられるものです。
そのような、法令に定められた作業主任者の情報を掲示するのはもちろんですが、今月の安全スローガンや安全当番、お知らせなど作業者に知らせるべきことを掲示するためにも利用されることもあり、利用の目的は多岐にわたり、さまざまなタイプの掲示板が利用されています。

作業員名簿や施工体系図や下記使用許可証など工事現場でよく使われる掲示板です。
KY活動・作業中掲示板
KYシートを入れるポケットつきのKY活動掲示板、作業中を明示する作業中掲示板など、工事や工場の現場で掲示したり注意喚起をするためのものです。
作業指示書などの掲示板
作業指示書など、工事や工場の現場で必要な書類を透明な袋に入れて、掲示ができます。

オリジナル印刷
安全掲示板に必要な表記や、会社のロゴなどを別注で印刷して対応できます。
マチつき対応
大量の資料や文具などの物品など厚みがあるもののための収納も取り付けできます。
蓋付きポケット対応
油の飛散、雨の影響を避けるため、蓋をポケットに取り付けられます。
フックのための鳩目対応
吊り下げを希望される場合に鳩目を取り付けることも可能
強度のあるターポリン
屋外や重量があるものを掲示する場合にはポリエステル繊維を塩ビ素材に織り込んだターポリンをお勧めしています。
ポケットの数・サイズ・レイアウトは自由自在
現場の要望に合わせて掲示板の大きさ、ポケットの数・サイズ・レイアウトを自由に設定してお作りします。

単一ポケット対応
A4・A3・B5・B4用紙など、1種類の書類を収納できるようにしたもので、作業指示書などを収納していただけます。
複数ポケット対応
何種類もの書類を収納できるように、ポケットをいくつか用意したものです。工事現場における体系図など必要な掲示していただけます。
立体物対応
チラシスタンドの代わりに大量のチラシなどを収納して、取りだしやすくしたものです。文具なども収納できます。
